I'm a promoter but not of the summer Bethel Series. I am a big fan of Navone Studios, who supplies the pizza and other food/drink.

I did think about the whole "If I attack then Paul will say my name". Must have been massive attacks for a while.

*edit* even the pros get sucked into it. In 1985, when Hinault and Lemond were on La Vie Claire (or was it 1986?), a movie studio took footage of the Tour as background shots for a then planned Dustin Hoffman movie "Yellow Jersey". Apparently this flat transition stage turned into a huge pursuit when Hinault, Phil Anderson (with 3 teammates), Stephen Roche (with 3 teammates), and some other guys took off. They were all hamming it up for the camera.
