I've been looking for a decent 80s road bike for commuting and tooling around on. I came across an Univega Supra Sport and it's in a little rough condition.

Components are Suntour AR derailers, Dia Compe side pull brakes, straight Araya alloy rims. Tires need to be replaced and as you can see in the pictures, there are lots of scratches on the chain stays and seat stays. He says everything spins smoothly.
He says he's firm on the $125 price. I'm a newb when it comes to this sort of thing - am I getting a decent deal after the work that's going to be required on it?
