New Stem recommendataions

So got a professional fitting done with my new BMC SL01. Pro said I was on the edge of fitting the 110mm stem that came with the bike. Mentioned that if for whatever reason I planned to replace the stem, to get a shorter one, either a 100mm or 90mm. The stem now is an Easton EA70, 110mm +/- 6 degree...

I do feel a little stretched out so I am looking to get a new stem, most likely a 90mm. Read lots of this and that out there, but still torn on which stem to get. I'll admit, if I change something on any of my bikes, I look to upgrade/improve/lighten the bike in some way. I'm stupid that way...

Looking at 3T, Deda (although does the 31.7mm sizing force you to use their bars?), FSA, and Pro Carbon Components. Others??? To Carbon, or not to Carbon?

Anyone out there have any recommendations?
