If the grip tape is decent quality and installed correctly, it shouldn't be coming off in 3 weeks - it should last a lot longer than that. I'd recommend buying some new tape and doing it yourself. Here's how to do it: http://www.parktool.com/repair/readhowto.asp?id=71
