Week 1: 255 lbs
Week 2: 248.5 lbs
Week 3: 247 lbs

Goal: Next verse, same as the first: to stick to my plan and lose another pound or more in the next week.
It was rough last week - I bobbled around 248 for what seemed like FOREVER, but sticking to my allotted daily calories did the trick.
Eating out - even on the "light menu" really screws with me: is it the sodium? Dunno.
