I had a Pinarello of that color (and size, come to think of it) for a while. Got it on ebay, and sold it on ebay after deciding it was too big for me. It had Super Record components, dated '83 as I recall.

At any rate, I was able to fix the paint and decals pretty well; the decals are just white, and pretty easy to replicate with white paint and a brush; for the blue, IIRC I got a can of Testors spray paint in a color called "sapphire" and it matched the original very well.

Of course I put more effort into the restoration than it was worth, and I had to explain in the ebay listing that I had repaired the paint and decals... but the buyer was pleased, so I guess it was a success.
