Getting burnt out now and then is normal IMHO. In particular in extreme temperatures (too cold and too hot). I take a break from biking for a few days now and then. I often have bikeless weekends where I'd drive somewhere out of town and hike for a day, or just stay home and relax. Have you tried varying your route? It's the routine and monotony that adds to the feeling of being burnt out. Change the route often, include some errands in your commute to break the routine, stop by a park, stop for ice cream, etc.
