I'm very jealous of your growing Alex Moulton stable. The bridgestone looks great and will indeed be improved with some nice drops. I'd lose that stem for something a bit more elegant too - adjustable stems are always a bit 'MyFirstHybrid'

If you don't want those fenders I know of a little red Mercton in London that would love to have a viable winter-ride option
I've tried to get hold of those skinny things myself and they are just impossible to get as a spare (unless you buy a set with a bike attached...

Intresting what you did to extend the cockpit length on the Mk3... most people would put the bars forward rather than the saddle back.
