I have considered buying one of the OCC schwinn choppers and making a new frame for all the parts that an adult could ride comfortably (maybe longer fork arms too, oo, and maybe a better rear hub!). At 180$ or so, you'd be getting a lot of parts.. I wonder if I can find a display model on sale or an open box special, or one that is missing a part or something for cheap.
