Actually I wasn't too surprised Monday's weight was up. I think I had been dehydrated the previous week. These weights, which are my Monday morning
au naturale weights, normally track pretty consistently about 2.5 pounds less than my Thursday evening WW weigh-ins (for which I'm usually clothed
), but recently the WW weights have not shown as much of a drop, so I'm thinking that 230 was an abberation. Maybe with extra care in eating and extra effort in exercising this week I'll break that 230 mark next Monday. I'm optimistic, since this morning's non-official weight showed 229. But like I said, that's unofficial - I usually avoid the scale except for Monday morning and Thursday evening - my weight fluctuates too much to track it any closer. But I'm determined to get under that 230 mark! It'll be the first time I've been in the 220s in about 30 years.
