The 31.7mm Deda thing is just in how the round the number. It's actually 31.75, Deda call is .7, everyone else .8.
Deda Netwton and Zero are good. I also really like the 3T ARX Team, Ritchey WCS 4axis, and the Syntace F109. The 3T is hard to beat for the price and looks killer if you also run a 3t bar.
