Manufactured, CNC'd etc. in USA. Instead of technicality(we're all aware of "made in USA" false advertising) someone could try to give a reasonable answer. It's fair to say most people recognize what "made" really implies. Assembled is quite a different thing entirely. The DaVinci crank is machined in the US from US sourced materials with the probable exception of chainring bolts. The Easton and Lightning cranks both use a proprietary/splined interface NOT square taper. The Easton is most definitely made in Taiwan.
