Did Weinmann make the concave rims for both sew-ups and clinchers? (700c, I think..)

My Dad is sending me his old wheels, I thought they were clinchers- he thinks they are for sew-ups, but he doesn't remember (he's 80 years old and hasn't looked at them in 25 years). I'm paying shipping from Austria, just curious if Weinmann made both styles..
