They are beauties to consider for your own stable. I rarely spend more than $100 for a bike - the vast majority cost $50 or less. That, in itself, makes it hard to find bikes. I have profited on a few $200 purchases and a couple $300 purchases. At $300 it's usually a bike for my stable.
On my local Craigslist I've noticed a lack of road bikes in general, and a lack of low cost flip material specifically for the last two months. My two local community sales are both hitting on the same Saturday in September so I'm hoping to acquire at least a dozen good flip candidates and maybe a keeper.
