What does it say on the head badge?
It seems like I've heard of Service Cycle Bicycle Company, but I don't remember anything about them. It looks like an inexpensive yet ridable bicycle.

The main frame looks like aluminum, use a magnet to check. The fork is probably steel, again, use a magnet.
