I have one of their day packs. My only complaint is that when you slam a car door real hard on the 'male' part of the buckle it breaks. But ah, that would be a complaint about me, not the bag, wouldn't it. I've been trying to get the buckle replaced for two months, the shop keeps calling Ortleib, and still no buckle. It is a nice bag, don't overpack it though, the velcro will open up on you, would have been better to have a plastic buckle at the top like Chrome bags. Also, it is made in Germany...no offense but the US trade imbalance is bad enough, buy American. I rather wish I had, not that the bag really leaves anything to be desired.
