Hi,
I recently came into a 2006 Madone frame fitted with the older Trek BB90 BB (it has external cups, not the simple 2 part design they have nowdays).
The bearings are set up for a Shimano crank. I would like to swap them out so I could use SRAM cranks. Could I use a conversion kit like this one....

Also anyone got any experience swapping out the bearings on these BBs? They seem pretty well jammed in. Would this tool do the trick?...
