IIRC, a Campy double will not go onto a shimano BB spindle far enough to get a good chainline. (I tried this one, my braze-on derailer wouldn't go out far enough to shift onto big ring)
A Shimano double will go too far onto a Campy BB spindle.
I've also heard it wrecks your crank's holes.
