+1 Bottom of the barrel Nishiki from the bike boom, in poor shape. Financially, not much value there if anything. If you are resourceful on finding cheap parts, and do all the work yourself, you should be able to get it back on the road at a reasonable cost. If you take it to a shop, forget it. Cost of rehab will far exceed the value when you are done.
