Thanks so much for the info I've been cleaning up the bike, polishing etc to get rid of some of the small scratches in the paint and will look into some new wheels although since I'm not really looking for resale and the fact that everything on it is in really great condition with all original parts I might just keep it as is since I am also rebuilding a Schwinn Varsity.

The seat post is actually not stuck thats just how it was when I got the bike, the pictures were taken right after purchase and I've already traded out the saddle and put my Brooks on it.
