This is my modified Burley Flatbed trailer. The pvc pipe crossbars were added so I could just sit stuff on the trailer and have it stay there without having to tie it down.

The vertical pvc pipes on the rear of the trailer are rod holders, obviously. Might want to watch for vertical clearance if riding offroad.

I replaced the stock rear reflectors with Cateye TL-LD500 taillights.

The green backpack is my tackle box/gear bag.

The cooler is an Igloo Marine Grade. 25 qt. I think, if I remember it right, size.
For me this size cooler is adequate for speckled trout, large mouth bass, flounder, mullet, etc.; it's small for upper slot limit redfish. A few times I've had to ride home with the tail of a large red hanging out of the cooler lid.

Oh, on bike suggestions. I have an Electra Townie3 that I use for towing my canoe.

So I would suggest looking at the Townies. But there are a lot of other bikes that will fill the bill for what it sounds like you will be doing.
