wants185s, The 8S is 130 mm spacing and all that's needed is to pull the chainstays apart when installing. It is a bit stiff to work with when R and R'g the rear, but really no big deal. I have Shimano 600/Ultegra hubs.

PS Just curious... Does your bike have an aluminum or steel front fork? What your manufacture date (numerals 3-8 in the s/n)? '89 was the debut year for the aluminum fork, but mine is a Feb.1989 bike and has a left over steel fork.
