1) Those FSA cranks will work.
2) They take they're ISIS comatible BB. A model which is certain to be compatible with your frame.
3) The length is determined by the model of that crank, which you then look up.
4) ISIS cranks/bb's are beginning to be orphaned since the introduction of external BB's.
5) The shimano BB is removed by any shimano 20 tooth spline compatible tool, e.g Park BBT-22.

I'm going to caution you with replacing outdated 9 speed systems with more outdated FSA crank/bb systems.
