I'm a youngster here @ 51.
I was in a motorcycle wreck about 15 years ago,
the Dr said I may never walk again. I guess he was mistaken.
It took a LONG time, but I have been able to ride a bike for the last 4 months.
I'll never ride like I use to, (75 a day, every day)

But I ride about 25 a day now.
Even if it is a bit slow.!7-18mph.
I ride because I love it, and I missed it, when I couldn't.
Ride as much as you want, or as little as you want.
JUST RIDE!
