I'm 6'2" and ride a 58cm Caad7. As far as I'm concerned it fits perfectly in the middle of the adjustment range - one 5mm spacer on the 100mm stem and a little less than average seatpost showing.
on edit - I commute on a 60cm Scattante road bike (with as beefy a tire as it will fit). The top tube length is identical, and to get the same reach and BB centering I just use a seatpost with less setback on the commuter.
