I ride old school Cinelli Giro di Itialia 64-40 bars with a traditional round bend as opposed to modern "ergo" bars. I find that a traditional bend provides more hand positions = greater comfort. Old-style Cinelli bars may be hard to find, but Rivendell sells some
Nitto bars that look like they'd work just fine.
