New to the forum and new to vintage bikes also.
I just picked up this bike and was wondering if anyone can help id the possible year. The badge says Humphrey (which I read elsewhere on this forum was made by CCM). The serial number is 1A7129.
It appears as though a previous owner has cut of the top bar. Just wondering if it is worth it to have someone weld in a top bar and try to restore it or just clean it up and enjoy it.
