I have no comparison however I do not think I really needed the cutout I just think that if it is offered with relief then maybe it is better for the prostate (I really dont know). This morning my legs and arms were sore like they are after long rides but my butt had no soreness at all. Usually my posterior is really tender after a 30 mile ride not today. Best bang for the buck I have spent cycling so far.
