It's a hodge-podge of parts but it is also an interesting old frame and a very unusual color scheme. A lot depends on how much is original. The 93 crankset may be a replacement as the original may have been cottered. IMO, the wheels are horrible and the bike would be worth more without them. Ditto for the pedals and possibly seatpost. Check the bottom of the saddle and the RD for datecodes as that may help pin down the date and tell you how much is original. It's an interesting and unusual frame that looks to be in great condition but finding the rest of the parts to fully restore it to original condition could be an expensive undertaking.
