This has nothing to do with fixed gear... BUT, if you do one thing and one thing only in Paris, make sure you go to a place called Deyrolle. It is mind-blowing... it's a 100+ year old taxidermy shop on the Rue du Bac on the left bank. I'm sure I can find the address... go go google go ... 46 Rue du Bac.

Here are a few pictures. If you can set aside any animal cruelty related qualms you may have for the length of time you're inside, you'll get to see some crazy stuff. It's a beautiful old building filled with strange, strange things.

So yeah, Deyrolle... that and eat a lot of crepes.
