Cycleops trainer Q.

I've had a CycleOps Mag+ trainer since last year and it's always been noisy ever since I got it out of the box. Since this is my first trainer, I thought it was always supposed to be like this. The past month I went to a Dick's and pedaled on one and it was quiet and rolled great. this past week, I looked at the resistance wheel for my trainer and realized it wasn't true. Should it be? Perhaps this is why it's so loud and I'm feeling a slight vibration from the trainer itself?

I've been calling CycleOps a couple times this week and all I've got to was the answering machine, so I'm asking my BF brothers (and sisters) to see if the resistance unit not being true is normal.
