Just turned 60, and although there is an increasing number of grey hairs, it's still predominantly black. Yeah, mostly genetics, but I can't help but think that cycling has had a lot to do with it. Maybe the increased blood flow to my head all my life? I just accept it with wonder, but my story is that cycling keeps you young, and I'm sticking to it. It really is a fountain of youth; it won't make you look any younger, but it really does slow down aging, so the earlier you start, the better.
And yes, I have noticed that the guys I've raced against that have been way stronger have always had less hair. I can live with that.
Here I am in Sarasota, FL last month, looking disreputable and seedy... but with a full head of dark hair!
