Ivan - read the threads that are 'stickied' at the top of the page... they'll help a lot.
If you are new to this sport, just ride a lot and try a little bit of structure. You may enjoy it more than diving in to highly structured training all at once.
If you are already a serious athlete who is used to training, then go through the "workout book" with same workouts and even without a powermeter, try to replicate those same kinds of ideas & efforts in how you train.
