It seems to be in decent shape, if it fits you go for it. It's not a "real" Paramount made in Waterford, i THINK yours was made in the Mississippi plant that Schwinn foolishy broke the bank building, and once they got all the bugs worked out a couple years later, shut down and switched to overseas production. Just be sure there's plenty of seat tube under the seatpost clamp, the earliest aluminum frames used a seatpost with an internal clamp (like an old quill headset) that would eventually fail if not monitored closely, and there was not sufficient seat tube poking out above the top tube to securely mount a traditional external clamp.
