I don't like riding with any solid objects (cell phones, allen wrenches, etc.) on my body. My concern is that I might land on them in a crash. It seems dangerous to carry a cell phone in a jersey pocket so close to one's spinal column. I know it may sound a little paranoid, but you tend to think about these things when you get older... and more prone to slow healing.
