For my 26" Surly LHT, I've been very happy with the Planet Bike Cascadia fenders that were designed for 29er wheels. They were easy to mount, fit very well, and give great coverage. I found that using the 29er fenders gave very good coverage on a bike designed for 26" wheels.

If you are looking to order some, Google
"Planet Bike Cascadia 29er Front and Rear Bicycle Fender Set with 130mm Mud Flaps (Black, 65mm Wide)"
They fit very well with my wide tires "Schwalbe Marathon Supreme HS 382 Touring Road Bike Tire (26x2.00)"

Don't forget to consider the width of your tires before buying your fenders. If you ride on wide tires, a narrow set of fenders will fit poorly.
