sounds to me like a stiff link...put it on the rack and run the chain around
I'll try those ideas... or maybe I should just take the chain off and soak it in cleaner, and remount, and lube good. I've lubed it up pretty good, but there may be a stiff one after all these years
Still wondering about the pulley wheels... like how worn is TOO worn?
