If the chain is staying on the wheels, and they are not missing teeth, you should be okay
the Wheels are not missing teeth, per se. They just look a little worn down but still have some shape... just no right angles left. The chain does not enter the wheels centered. and the teeth don't really dove tail evenly into the chain openings... seems to ride on the side of the openings and on the barrels..
I read about measuring chain length (stretch) so I may check that tonight

I sighted down the der and the pulleys and it seems in alignment (these campy RD's don't have the usual big ass metal mounting plate that the Japanese RD's do... at first I thought the thing was brazed right on the frame!)
