Barring weird soil conditions or something like a light coat of snow over ice, that looks perfectly rideable to me. If it's just snow on dirt or asphalt around here, there'd be tire tracks all over it.
We're mostly mud now, following eight inches of snow, then a couple of days of rain and an unseasonable 62-degrees Saturday and Sunday. A little snow and colder temps coming by the weekend, though.
