No longer a Clyde!
It's taken me three years of trying but I have officially begun the New Year no longer a Clydesdale.
Now weigh 196 pounds.... down 260 when I started... came down to the teens a couple times, but then back to the 20-3 and 30's...even 255 again last spring... but now... six months on the program... I have made it under Clyde status.
