Another 2 hours of grinding at low cadence, with the first hour into a reasonably strong wind. I can take the cold, but a strong enough wind along with the cold can make riding less pleasant. However, once I get into the zone/focus, I don't feel too much. I'm not declaring myself 100% dialed-in, but, a recent subtle saddle adjustment (leveling and a scooch forward just a touch) and corresponding bars change have significantly contributed to better -- indeed, good -- comfort and power.
