Get your LBS to get in touch with the Miche Distributor they could probably help you out. they tend to have replacement arms in stock for this very reason.
I don't know who that is in the states, but here in canada it's cycles marinoni.
non drive side arms are generally quite cheap, you might want to consider a new BB if the old one is rounded at all
