Here's the mixte-ish 1970s Bottecchia I put together for my singlespeed winter commuter. Someone kindly deposited the frame in my yard a while ago after the rear derailleur broke and took out the rear wheel. It had been in my attic as a parts bike, and I finally used the some parts-bin components and a new SS wheelset to make it commute-worthy.
I'm hoping I can keep it clean enough so that the WI salt doesn't wreak too much havoc on it...but all in all, it's somewhat sacrificial as it's a pretty cheap rig.
