Rust would be a value killer around here. It would have to get the full OA treatment and some touch up prior to getting pricing above. 600 pedals even without clips have some value, I would pop the pedals onto ebay if you don't want them. Note, I have been stockpiling Shimano 600 pedals as I like them and they are getting harder to find.
