Where? Out of Africa, now in the UK south-east, in a yukky little town called Crawley about 30km south of London and about the same due north of Brighton on the coast. This part of the world is busy, lots of urban sprawl, busy roads.
What? Still finding my way. Most rides are recreational and placid, though I sneak off-road through a forest area near where we live. In fact, I'm so honest about it, that I want to find who owns the land and see if I can get legit permission to ride it. Better that than a shotgun up my a$$. If I can't, then I'll ride it anyway.
There aren't too many frontier trails in this part of the world, but the local mtb mags do print some good routes each month.
