If you mean 4 torches on a single 5 lpm concentrator, the answer is no. Two maybe, but not 4.

First, on LPG, you'll need to increase your tip size by 1 to 2 sizes - if you were using a #2 Victor tip with oxy-acetylene for example, you'll need to use a #3 or 4 on oxy-propane. My #4 Victor on oxy-propane consumes 2.5 LPM @ 6 PSI (the regulator is set at 9 PSI due to a loss through the 10 ft. of 3/16" hose). Also, when you increase the volume on the concentrator (yes, volume is adjustable, but not pressure), the oxygen purity goes down. On my older Invacare, much above 3.5 LPM, purity dropped below 87% - not good, whereas my DeVilbiss maintains 94% above 4 LPM.
