I recently got a Ritchey torque key and took the 4mm bit out easily by heating the bit with a heat gun and pulling with pliers. You can also use a lighter or other source of flame to heat it to soften the adhesive. After you get it out, scrape off the remaining adhesive with a hobby knife etc.. I have other torque wrenches but got the Ritchey because it's convenient for all the 5 Nm fasteners on our bikes.
