Frame size is clearly listed, so you've already taken care of my #1 eBay/Clist gripe.
The mobile version lumps information into long paragraphs that are a bit hard to read. The regular version of the listing looks nicer.

Things I'd ask about if I were interested in buying the bike:
-A bit more info on the fork (manufacturer and model, ideally).
-Condition of the Rival groupset (how much use has it had?).

Price looks fair to me, FWIW.
(I take a 54-55 cm TT, so no, I'm not interested in buying).
