Actually, Dennis's fingerprints are all over this bike - in that he trained
Todd Bertram, who actually built the frame - but Dennis had no part in the design and execution of this particular bike. Dennis just came back to work after about 3 months away from the shop due to surgery to correct a broken collar bone. Apparently sometime last year his Keo pedal spindle broke when he was out riding and he went down and broke his collar bone. It didn't heal correctly and he had to have some kind of a metal brace implanted to hold it in place and couldn't work while it was in there.
The design is by Scott Rock with assistance by Todd. Scott did the design of the drop-outs and had a couple of sets made in their shop. Scott and Todd spent a lot of time collaborating on the cable routing and braze-on layout. I was told that Todd actually worked for Rohloff in Germany for a time.
