Yeah, I had one of those "how in the **** did that happen" this weekend during a race. One second I'm cruzing along the next second I'm on the ground with blood running down my leg, the next second I was back up and going down the trail. All I can say is that off cambered wet roots suck!

As for crashes, I've had more than my share. It is just part of the sport so you had better get used to it. The more aggressive you ride the more it is going to happen. The good news is the more you do it the better you get (both at avoiding crashes and crashing with grace).
